Position: Lecturer – POTT & HSS
Duty Station: Nyahururu Campus.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) from a recognized institution
Registered TVET Trainer (must possess a TVET Certificate)
Minimum of 3 Years Teaching or Clinical Experience
Strong knowledge in:
• Perioperative Theatre Technology
• Health Support Services
Excellent communication, mentorship, and classroom management skills
Commitment to professional ethics, student welfare, and institutional growth

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality theory and practical lessons in POTT and HSS
• Develop learning plans, schemes of work, and assessment tools
• Supervise clinical rotations, assessments, and practical skills
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement activities
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to trainees
• Maintain professional standards and uphold institutional values among other duties
